3. Personal Data We Collect
When you contact flymoregreen through the contact form on this website, we may collect the following personal data:
• your full name,
• your email address,
• the content of your message,
• any other information you voluntarily provide in your enquiry.
The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and basic server log data, where necessary for security, website operation and protection against misuse.
Where you consent to analytics cookies, we may also collect analytics-related information through Google Analytics 4, including session statistics, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, and information about how you interact with the website. Google Analytics stores a pseudonymous client identifier in the first-party _ga cookie to distinguish users. A separate _ga_<container-id> cookie may be used to maintain session state.
Google Analytics may use the visitor’s IP address during data collection to derive approximate geographic information. In Google Analytics 4, the IP address is discarded before the data is logged in Google Analytics.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data submitted through the contact form in order to respond to enquiries, discuss potential cooperation, prepare information or proposals requested by you, and take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract to which you personally would be a party, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where you contact flymoregreen on behalf of an airline, airport, ground handling organisation or other business, or where your enquiry concerns general business cooperation, we may process your business contact details and correspondence on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests include responding to business enquiries, communicating with representatives of potential clients and partners, developing business relationships and maintaining correspondence.
We may also process limited technical data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting the website and our systems against misuse, fraud and security threats.
Where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Where you consent to the use of analytics cookies, we process analytics-related data for the purpose of measuring website usage, understanding how visitors interact with the website and improving the content, usability and performance of flymoregreen.org. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the consent management options available on the website, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Providing your name, email address and message is voluntary, but this information is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry or take steps requested by you before entering into a potential contract. If you do not provide the necessary information, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or take the requested pre-contractual steps.
We do not use personal data collected through this website for solely automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
5. How Long We Keep Personal Data
Personal data submitted through the contact form will be kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage ongoing correspondence, take steps towards potential cooperation, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where an enquiry does not lead to further cooperation, we will periodically review whether the data is still needed and delete it when there is no longer a justified reason to retain it.
Where personal data must be retained for legal, accounting, tax or claims-related purposes, it may be stored for the period required by applicable law or for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Analytics-related user-level and event-level data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained for up to 14 months in accordance with the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property.
The retention period for user identifiers is not reset when a user returns to the website. Data associated with a user identifier is therefore automatically deleted after the applicable retention period.
This retention setting does not affect standard aggregated reports in Google Analytics, which may remain available in aggregated form.
6. Who We Share Personal Data With
We may share personal data only where necessary with trusted service providers that support the operation of the flymoregreen website and business, including website hosting, email services, website security, technical support and other IT service providers.
These providers may process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and, where required, act as data processors on our behalf.
Where you consent to analytics cookies, analytics-related data may be processed by Google in connection with Google Analytics 4. Google processes Google Analytics data in accordance with its applicable data processing terms and the settings configured for our Analytics account.
We do not use Google Analytics to intentionally collect information such as your name, email address or other information that directly identifies you.
Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order or a request from an authorised public authority.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers used by flymoregreen may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will ensure that an appropriate legal mechanism is in place, such as an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Where required, additional technical and organisational safeguards may also be applied to protect personal data during international transfers.
Where you consent to analytics cookies, analytics-related data processed through Google Analytics 4 may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google states that it uses recognised international data transfer mechanisms for its advertising and analytics services, including adequacy decisions where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses for certain transfers. Appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Further information about Google’s international data transfer mechanisms and safeguards is available in Google’s information on international data transfers for advertising and analytics products.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the GDPR, you may have the right to:
• access your personal data,
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request deletion of your personal data,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests,
• receive your personal data in a portable format where applicable,
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO).
9. Cookies and Analytics
The flymoregreen website uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for the secure and proper operation of the website and for managing visitors’ privacy preferences.
With the visitor’s consent, flymoregreen also uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content, usability and services. Google Analytics may collect information such as session statistics, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, and interactions with the website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga, to distinguish users, and _ga_<container-id> to maintain session state.
Analytics cookies are blocked until the visitor gives consent through the cookie consent banner managed by Complianz. Visitors may refuse analytics cookies or change or withdraw their consent at any time using the consent management options available on the website.
The legal basis for processing personal data through optional analytics technologies is the visitor’s consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses from users in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. IP address information is used to derive approximate geographic information and is then discarded before the data is logged.
More detailed information about the cookies and technologies used on this website, including their purposes and retention periods, is available in the Cookie Policy (EU).
Users can also manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect certain website functions.
10. Data Security
flymoregreen takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Access to personal data is limited to persons and service providers who need it for legitimate business, operational or technical purposes.
While reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
